Each route should state the target, risk, exit and abort condition. That is more useful than a pretty map with no decision logic.

Use route cards as a lightweight map layer until exact POI data is stable enough for a full interactive map.
Start with small wreck chains near reachable exits. Move into named POIs only when the crew has repairs, scouting and a reason to take the fight.
